Required Forms

As per SAP 21.01.03.M0.02,  all travel by university employees and students on university business must be approved in advance. Submission of approved travel request form(s) is required for all foreign travel. 
Approved forms are as follows:
 
 

  1. All students (graduate, undergraduate, or professional) traveling for research, intern, volunteer and conferences abroad register with the Study Abroad Programs Office.
    1. If the destination country is under a U. S. Dept of State travel warning, a travel request in Concur is also required.  Students who are on University payroll may register themselves in Concur (through SSO).  Students who are not employees should contact their academic department for assistance in completing the request.
 
 
 
  1. Texas A&M University - College Station (including TAMUQ & School of Law) & Texas A&M University – Galveston employees submit a travel request in Concur (through SSO).  Instructions for submitting the request can be found here.
    1. Concur may prompt the traveler to complete additional required forms depending on the destination.  Links to those forms will appear in Concur once the destination is selected.
    2. College of Agriculture & Life Sciences employees should add “Agrilife Foreign One” desk as an ad-hoc approver – see section 4.2.
 
 
  1. Texas A&M University Health Science Center employees complete forms found here.
 
 
  1. Texas A&M Agrilife Research, Agrilife Extension, TVMDL employees submit a travel request in Concur (through SSO).
    1. Concur may prompt the traveler to complete additional required forms depending on the destination.  Links to those forms will appear in Concur once the destination is selected.
